Choose from these counseling services:
Individual Counseling
You or a love one can speak with a professional counselor in person. Face-to-face outpatient therapy with a licensed Hope Counseling professional helps you to talk about life-controlling issues like anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. In-person outpatient treatment for substance abuse can be an ideal option if you truly want to come clean, or become sober but can’t take leave from work, school, or other responsibilities in order to stay at a residential treatment program. Individual adults, teens, or children who struggle with life-controlling mental health issues or addictions can find help in-person from our licensed counselors here in Columbus, GA.
Couples Therapy
Hope Counseling works in-person with couples in face-to-face therapy by using biblical principles to restore relationships, including in marriages troubled by infidelity or sexual addiction. Common marital or relationship problems include trust issues, infidelity, poor communication/constant arguments, money concerns, and parenting children. Experienced counselors help each couple gain insight into their relationship, develop effective tools for dealing with conflict, and strengthen their bond. Our licensed counselors also help unmarried couples explore deeper issues before joining in marriage.
Group Counseling
Hope Counseling’s in-person family and relationship therapy seeks to preserve the family unit, as well as help those who struggle with drugs, substance abuse, alcohol addiction, infidelity, and sexual addiction find strength in God. For many family and group members, having a Christian faith-based foundation and trust in a higher power for strength can lead to more consistent growth and positive results. In-person family and relationship therapy is available for groups of three or more.
